Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days). Orders placed after 2 PM AEST may ship the following business day.

- Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD
- Flat rate $9.95 AUD for orders under $100

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the Australia Post website or our order tracking page.

Shipping Delays
While we strive for fast delivery, occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
