Warranty & Replacement Policy

At USEDIPHONE, we stand behind every product we sell. That is why every used iPhone comes with our 1-Year Replacement Warranty. If something goes wrong, we replace it - we do not repair.

What is Covered

Hardware defects - Any manufacturing or hardware fault that develops during normal use
Battery failure - If the battery capacity drops below acceptable levels or fails to charge
Screen defects - Dead pixels, touchscreen unresponsiveness, or display failures
Camera failures - Front or rear camera malfunctions
Charging port issues - If the device stops charging properly
Speaker or microphone failure - Audio input/output malfunctions

What is NOT Covered

Accidental damage (drops, spills, liquid damage)
Cracked screens due to impact
Intentional damage or misuse
Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, scuffs)
Software issues caused by user modifications, jailbreaking, or unauthorized repairs
Loss or theft of the device

How the Replacement Process Works

Contact us at admin@usediphone.com with your order number and a description of the issue
Return the faulty device - We will provide a prepaid return label (Australia only)
Inspection - Our technicians verify the hardware fault (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt)
Replacement shipped - Once confirmed, we ship a replacement device within 24 hours

Replacement Device Condition

Your replacement device will be of the same model and equal or better condition grade. If the exact storage capacity is unavailable, we will upgrade you at no extra cost.

Warranty Period

The 1-year warranty begins on the date of delivery. The replacement device carries the remainder of the original warranty period, or 30 days from replacement - whichever is longer.

International Customers

For customers outside Australia, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement device to you.
