What Our Warranty Covers
- Hardware faults within 12 months of delivery — screen, battery, camera, speakers, charging port
- Replacement, not repair — if your phone develops a hardware fault, we replace it with a comparable unit, no questions asked
- Warranty on the replacement too — the remainder of the original warranty, or 30 days, whichever is longer
What It Doesn't Cover
- Accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modifications
- Normal wear and tear (scratches from everyday use)
- Issues caused by non-genuine parts or third-party repairs
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us at admin@usediphone.com or via our contact page
- We'll confirm the fault and arrange the replacement
- We cover the shipping cost of the replacement device to you
